Cancellation Policy

At Functional Malta Health & Wellness Center, we value your time and the commitment of our practitioners. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring you receive dedicated and uninterrupted care. To maintain fairness and respect for both clients and practitioners, the following policy applies to all bookings.

1. Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before the appointment:
  Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance can be done without any fee.

• Less than 24 hours before the appointment (Late Cancellation):
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged the full appointment price.

2. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in being charged the full appointment price.

Please note that when you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you do not attend, it affects not only the practitioner who remains available for your session, but also other clients who could have benefited from that slot.

3. Refund Policy

All treatments, services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable.
This includes pre-paid or promotional sessions, which cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded once purchased.

Exceptions may only be considered in cases of genuine medical or personal emergencies, at the sole discretion of management.
